The Independent Movement seeks to create and strengthen citizen’s participation within the Public Policy Process.
The Independent voters are currently not included in this process. Our goal is to restore neighborhood and community participation by:
1. Building truth upon truth.
Give insights to the social issues and how they affect neighborhoods
and communities.
2. Revitalize the American dream/inflame it with vision and purpose.
Explore our role in selecting future leaders and the political process.
3. Consider our past conditions for future expectation.
Review our social and political history to consider and evaluate future
decisions.
4. Calculate the cost for freedom.
Remember the principles of freedom and its equality for all men.
5. Contest against inhumanity, poverty, and injustice.
Provide a Public policy process that works for all Americans.
It is within this context that citizen participation can be ushered in as the unquestionable birthright of the human experience.
